This 3DS Max 2010 model comes ready-to-render using VRay 2.0 and offers a high resolution design. The homes feature four different facade types and two roof options, such as the Tasonit Facade, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski) Facade, Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski) Facade, Steel (Metal Kiremit) Roofing Type, and Onduline (Ondulin) Roofing Type. These types are managed through the 3DS Max layer editor, along with Maya's layer editor. VRay material is used for rendering in Studio Max, while wire materials are available in the material editor for wire renders. To create different building facade combinations for your projects or scenes, try out the various facade and roof types. Textures are utilized for bump effects, ground surfaces, and roofs, with high-resolution maps used throughout. An HDRI map is also included for reflection purposes. The model works with centimeter system units, based on real-world dimensions. Enjoy!
