This 3DS Max 2010 model features ready-to-render VRay 2.0 graphics and a high resolution design. With four different facade types (Tasonit, Half Siding, Full Siding, Standard) and two roof options (Steel and Onduline), this model's variety is managed through the 3DS Max layer editor, along with Maya layer editor. VRay material is used in studio max rendering, while wire materials are available for customization. The model works seamlessly with different building facade combinations by trying out various facades and roof types. Textures are utilized for bump effects and ground/roof work, while an HDRI map provides reflection quality. Measurements follow the centimeter system, based on real-world dimensions. Happy creating!
