This model was created using 3DS Max 2010 software, providing a ready-to-render image with VRay 2.0. The high-resolution design features four distinct facade types and two roof options. These facade styles include the Tasonit Facade, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski) Facade, Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski) Facade, and Standard Facade. Roof choices consist of Steel (Metal Kiremit) Roofing Type and Onduline (Ondulin) Roofing Type, both managed through the layer editor in 3DS Max, as well as Maya layer editor. VRay material is used for rendering within Studio Max. If you prefer a wire render, the necessary materials are available in the material editor. For creating unique building combinations within your project or scene, feel free to experiment with the facade types and roof styles. Textures were utilized for added detail, such as bump mapping, ground textures, and roof textures, all of which are high resolution. An HDRI map was also used for reflection purposes. The model was constructed using centimeter system units based on real-world dimensions. Enjoy!
