This model, created using 3DS Max 2010, features ready-to-render visuals via VRay 2.0 and boasts high resolution detailing. Each of the homes in the set offers four distinct facade options and two different roof styles. Facade types include Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski) and Standard facades, while roof choices are Steel (Metal Kiremit) and Onduline (Ondulin). These options can be managed through the 3DS Max layer editor, similar to Maya's equivalent. VRay material is utilized in the render process, with wire material options available in the Material Editor for those who prefer a wireframe view. To create unique building combinations, users are encouraged to experiment with the various facade and roof types at their disposal. The model incorporates high-resolution textures for added detail, with HDRI maps used for reflection purposes. Measurements follow the centimeter system and are based on real-world dimensions.
