Taking out the splitting wedge is always a work we hate… So I ´ve tried to make it easyer. Constructed the inlayplate with a special slot, to set in the splitting wedge, lock it, but easy to remove it. I give you two versions of the yellow plate, one is devided in two, the other is one piece. The two part version is for the printer platform mostly 250x250 an the not devided for all owning a printer with bigger building room. The red splitting wedge standing in the yellow plate is sensitive, means printing in PLA it can break easy, by kicking against the side. Print two for replacement. I ˋm using this now for 3 month without break - and I ´m lucky. Normaly the splitter only is forced in its longer axis, from front to back. REMEMBER ! The splitting wedge must have the width of your sawblade, this here is for the „RED ONES“ by 2mm. If your sawblade is more than 2mm, glue on the sides plastic material (quick and easy for diy-guys) or leave a comment, I bring a version e.g. 2.5 and 3mm. (Perhaps Ì ˋll do it, if thinking about and sitting in my CAD-software next time. I think you understand, I refuse all your strongly requests, if you have trouble with this thing, It is always recommended only work with the protective cover.
