The Crown of Saint Stephen, commonly referred to as the Holy Crown of Hungary, served as the coronation crown for the Kingdom of Hungary throughout much of its history. Since the twelfth century, kings have been crowned with this iconic crown, solidifying its significance in Hungarian tradition. The Crown is inextricably linked to the Lands of the Hungarian Crown, forming a deeply intertwined relationship between these two sacred institutions.
