Holster Wing Spacer Belt Clip
thingiverse
Please post pics of your print! I love seeing them! I designed this belt clip to attach to the wing on my Tier 1 Concealed holster because the wing would always slip down further into my pants causing the holster to shift positions. I got tired of having to reposition and adjust the holster constantly and wish the company designed a second clip in the first place, so I decided to do it myself. It is designed to stack flush on top of the existing wing spacers (shown in pictures). The tolerance to accept the existing spacers is pretty tight but they snapped into place with just a little pressure. If you do have issues fitting the existing spacers, I would recommend either calibrating your printer's flow rate, or filing down the edges of the "T1C" logo on the spacer. The thickness of this clip is approximately the same as one existing spacer, so simply remove one spacer from however you have your wing set up currently and install this as a replacement. The clip is not intended to grab onto your belt like the existing belt clip does. I designed this to be lower profile and to simply prevent the wing from falling down and impacting how your holster sits on your waist. No supports are needed. I printed at 100% infill.
