Here is a belt holder for your Garmin GPS device that fits belts up to 40 mm high and 4mm thick. You can easily slide the GPS device in and out of the holder, which features a simple locking mechanism to prevent it from falling out. For maximum security, consider connecting your GPS to the belt holder with a small steel chain attached to your pants. I use PLA for printing because it's stronger than ABS. I set the print temperature slightly higher (around 230 degrees) for optimal bonding between layers. Standard values work well for all other settings. If you need an ultra-durable application, consider using Taulman 618; detailed settings can be found in one of my other designs. Print time is approximately 45 minutes with 0.1mm layer height and 2.5 hours with 0.05mm layer height (70% fill density). For best results, rotate the model to stand upright on your build plate and use Brim; supports are not necessary. Now, enjoy using your new GPS holder!
