The case shown was originally too short to accommodate the shrinkage of PLA material. A modification was made to extend its length. This allows the parts to be baked to prevent warping and for the shrinking process to work properly. Key dimensions of the case include walls that are 0.085 inches thick, while the belt loop is slightly thicker. The belt loop has an opening of 1.5 inches in length. The total length of the case measures 9.6 inches or 244 millimeters. This case was designed using Fusion 360 software.
