I have a .4mm nozzle on my printer so I did a .3mm layer height to print as fast as possible. The sides still look good, but the top edges are a bit rough so you may want to print at a lower layer height to avoid that. I also did a 5% infill for my drafts but it seems to be plenty. The weight of the bottle does a great job of keeping it in place.
