The motor is essentially a 1:30 geared motor running at 12 volts with a 3mm shaft. One single motor is powered by a tiny2313 and l293dd circuit with coded instructions written in arduino ide. A single gear train drives the minute ring and hour ring as the attiny pulses the motor every minute to move the minute wheel and hour wheel.
