This custom-made design is based on the model found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:319183 and created using Customizer! (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=319183). To create it, follow these instructions: select 25 sections, inscribe "Holmer C of E Academy" with a thickness of 2, increase the gap factor to 6, add holes, set the length to 12, and use an outer radius of 33 and inner radius of 28. The recommended nozzle size is 0.4.
