This high-poly furniture set is rendered using V-Ray and includes textures. It's been tested in Checkmate Light program and exported as 3DS, FBX, and OBJ files without the MeshSmooth modifier. The model features no hidden objects, all objects are grouped together, and each object has materials applied. There are no missing textures or incorrect texture paths, and the scale of all objects is at 1:1. Opening the MAX file will allow you to render an image identical to the preview by simply clicking "Render." The model is optimized for rendering in 3ds Max and V-Ray; however, adjustments might be needed in other programs for materials and lighting.
