This collection showcases hollow pipe fittings I crafted for my ON30 model railroad project. To create these, I utilized thin brass welding rods that can be adjusted to fit various models. Printing was done using natural PLA on a Rep2 at factory settings without supports for smaller sizes. My process involved resizing an STL piece within Makerware by 105% for each iteration until finding the ideal size for my pipes. Cleanup beneath overhangs was minimal, and Cubify Invent, a $49 software, was used to draw all pieces at different sizes for ease of use.
