Hollow Knight - Giant Lamp

This massive LED lamp is a replica of the iconic fixture from the video game Hollow Knight, standing at an impressive 77 cm tall. To assemble this masterpiece, you'll need to source an E14 LED bulb and socket, as well as a sturdy 16 mm metal rod. When it comes to painting, I relied on Warhammer paints to bring this lamp to life. The head is painted with a base coat of White Scar, followed by a dark layer of Abaddon Black. For the body, a single coat of Abaddon Black does the trick. The cloak is where things get interesting - I mixed Genestealer Purple with varying levels of White Scar to achieve a unique blend. The sword is painted in Leadbelcher, with Nuln Oil added for depth and dimension. The base of the lamp features a combination of Dawnstone, Abaddon Black, and Administratum Grey, creating a rich and detailed appearance. Finally, the lamp itself is treated to a coat of Leadbelcher, with Nuln Oil and Basilicanum Grey added for a metallic sheen.
