The attached 2bbl spacer v2 stl file is pulled from they Holley 2300 specification sheet with the addition of a bump to cover the EGR port found on later 2 barrel applications like '75+ E150 and F150 model intakes. I printed this in PETG since it is highly resistant to fuels at .2mm layer height. 40% cubic infill and 4 perimeters instead of 2 using PrusaSlicer for my i3 Mk2.5. PA/Nylon with carbon fiber would be a better choice if you have that.
