The Holland Mechanics Premium Line bicycle wheel assembly line, designed for a university project in Autodesk Inventor 2018, is part of a larger bicycle factory layout. The model was created based on data from photos and overall dimensions provided on the Holland Mechanics website, including only external machine casings. To speed up production, a Hub Filling Station can be added to the line, automating hub filling and reducing wheel production time. One Hub Filling Station can supply two lines of lacers and robots for high output efficiency. This innovation decreases labor costs associated with manual hub filling while maintaining quality, as each hub is filled in approximately 30 seconds.
