Holiday Star / tree topper

This year, I acquired my first Christmas tree and wanted to make it special by designing a digital star topper. However, without a printer, I can't bring my idea to life. If printed with translucent material, a light could shine through, creating a beautiful effect. Please advise on how I can improve the design for easier printing and suggest the best way to prepare the model for 3D printers. Additionally, I have split the star in half and capped both halves, with the intention of keeping the finished product hollow for a light to shine through. Kindly share your thoughts on this version and any additional steps needed for successful printing.
