Final update: I've uploaded the source SCAD and DXF files, as well as an archive containing all STLs, including improved ones by NicholasClewis. Unfortunately, some original model source files were lost; the Bunny Idler wasn't made in OpenSCAD, nor do I have sources for models created by others. Enjoy building, and don't forget the contest! Starting December 2nd, daily STLs were posted for a Prusa Mendel build. The contest organized by Ruben of ikmaak.nl offers a free set of electronics to the best resulting printer and free filament to the runner-up. All parts fit on a standard Makerbot platform. For more info about the Prusa Mendel, visit http://www.reprap.org/wiki/Prusa_Mendel GitHub repository for source code: https://github.com/prusajr/PrusaMendel Various parts were shared along with daily STLs, including Wade extruder idler by nophead, universal rod clamps, frame-vertex foot, y-motor bracket, decorated vertex, frame-vertex-foot equivalents, tree-star vertex, bar-clamp, frame-vertex, z-motor holder, LEGO-compatible gift and motor holder, four belt clamps, two rod clamps, prusa bushings, pulleys for X and Y axes, Z axis motor holder, coupling, x-end-motor, x-end-idler, x-carriage with a beard, small and large gears for Wade's extruder, endstop holder sleighs. By December 24th, all parts were available to assemble the entire printer. OpenSCAD source files and a zip of all models were also provided.
