Since my boyfriend wanted a beautiful LED-lit Buddha for the balcony, I used an awesome model and hollowed it out in Meshmixer, then cut off the bottom. I also based this project on this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2600759 To light up the Buddha, I simply inserted a string of LEDs from Amazon: https://amzn.to/2o7Xhaj The print turned out perfect without any support material needed. There was some "printing in mid-air," but it's completely hidden inside. I printed the Buddha at 160% of its normal size and it took about 60 hours to complete: https://youtu.be/Xr7WStUw4dw
