To Hold a 90mm Hole Saw in Place for Drilling Ceramic Tile. I Made Notches on Four Sides to Ensure Easy Registration and Positioning. Printed with a PLA at .27 mm and 10% Fill Settings. Used Thin, Two-Sided Tape to Secure the Hole Saw and Applied a Moderate Amount of Water from a Spray Bottle While Drilling. Added a Small Flange at the Bottom of the Hole to Compensate for My Printer's Tendency to Print Smaller First Layers. Print Settings: Printer: PowerSpec Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .27 Infill: 10 Notes: Used PLA Material to Maintain Flatness During Printing.
