When making these face shields, it's essential to use the right spacer for different length transparency sheets. For shorter sheets, use a 1/2 inch spacer, which accommodates sheets measuring 11” x 8.5+ inches. For longer sheets, switch to a 7/16 inch spacer, suitable for sheets that are 11 1/8” x 8.5+ inches in size. If you're working with even longer sheets, a 9/16 inch spacer is the way to go, covering sheets that measure 10 7/8” x 8.5+ inches.
