This is a standard hole plug designed originally for use with table holes measuring 6cm by 8cm, intended to accommodate cables. However, if you have an Onshape account, you can modify both the diameter and depth of the hole via this link: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/bf4b2994f850641fe8e6d0de/w/972d9c5cc6f2655497b2c97d/e/28dc5c41033d704ce844a1e8. Simply duplicate the workspace by clicking on the three lines in the top left corner, adjust the variable settings (set lip to 0 for no lip), and then click on the part name at the bottom left before exporting it as an STL file.
