I required a precise gauge for measuring the internal diameter of a bearing, but my calipers were not accurate enough, so I designed this tool myself. It can accurately measure holes ranging from 5mm to 10mm in size and features markings for 1mm and 0.5mm spacing, making it easy to identify what is being measured. HoleMeasurer.f3d is an archive file created using Fusion360 - users can easily resize it by modifying its parameters (Modify -> Change Parameters). Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at a layer height of 0.15mm, this tool features a wall thickness of 1.2mm and top/bottom thickness of the same dimension. The infill density is set to 30% with a minimum thickness of 1.3mm, and no supports were required during printing.
