I'm searching for a grommet that fits perfectly into the foam board enclosure I hastily assembled using my trusty foamboard clips. The ideal grommet measures 50mm across and 15mm deep, with a 32mm hole diameter and an inner diameter of 24mm. To ensure snag-free insertion, the inner hole boasts a generous radius. This versatile design works equally well in wood or other materials, but for optimal performance in foamboard, I recommend cutting the hole slightly smaller to achieve a secure friction fit.
