Holdingclip for Printbed
thingiverse
I've been using tape to hold my glass sheet onto the heated bed because ordinary paperclips couldn't fit due to the tight design and I didn't want to mess with removing the "handles". But, when the tape came loose - mainly because I cheated while cleaning the glass which caused it to warp and the nozzle crashed into the print, luckily the glass stayed put on the floor. So, I made a simple clip to hold the glass down securely. Designed for 5 mm height since my aluminium bed is 2mm thick and the glass sheet is 3mm thick. EDIT: A short version has also been uploaded. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't matter Supports: Doesn't matter Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Notes: ABS material was used, no support needed if placed backside down.
