Holders for iPhone XS and 11 Max for CD slot in 2014 Ford Escape

I tried several different iPhone holder models for CD slots and found that the one by Accord56 was the best as it securely fits in the CD slot, allows you to adjust the viewing angle, and you can replace the actual phone holder if your phone's dimensions change. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my wife's Ford Escape because the phone kept hitting the small logo underneath the CD slot. So I relocated that wheel-like part on the insert that connects to the phone to the left side of the insert and also trimmed away some material from the bottom of the adapter. I also swapped out the actual phone adapter to accommodate an iPhone XS in a case. I later discovered that the original design of the phone adapter didn't allow for a USB cable to be attached to the phone, so I made this possible in the new version. Additionally, I enlarged the phone adapter slightly to provide more room for the phone to move around. I've since added an STL file for iPhone 11 Max case users.
