The cries of the wounded echo through the desolate landscape, a heartbreaking reminder of the cost of conflict. Yet still we continue, driven by a madness that seems impossible to shake. And for what? So that our leaders can claim victory, their names etched into history as heroes of war? Or perhaps it is simply to prove a point, to show the world that we will not be intimidated, that we will not back down. But what does it accomplish, this futile endeavor? In the end, it is all just a pointless exercise in futility, a demonstration of humanity's capacity for destruction and chaos. We are left with nothing but the ashes of our folly, a reminder of the devastating consequences of our actions.
