I made a holder that matches my Xiaomi mi5 smartphone perfectly, even when paired with a thin silicon case. It performs flawlessly on my motorcycle while using GPS mode after covering 3000 kilometers without any issues. On top, I have designed two holes and an octagonal housing to secure the system with M4 screws. However, I realized later that it's not necessary. At the bottom, I have incorporated two drainage holes for rainwater and a single hole to accommodate the cable if needed. The front features two vertical slots to reduce wind pressure and cool the battery efficiently. On the back, I've added a GoPro-style attachment since I already had the base on my motorcycle. Additionally, there's a safety arc designed to attach a small rope in case of breaking due to strong winds. I also included a 2.5mm thin plexiglass window for the camera, but unfortunately, the phone's camera is positioned too low, resulting in poor movie quality. This holder was printed using an Ultimaker 2go, so it had to be split into two pieces and assembled with a small amount of glue.
