We've got a Thermoworks DOT digital thermometer, and we needed a way to keep the probe cable organized, so I created this thing. The display fits neatly into the front, there's a provision for wrapping the cable around it, and several spots in the back to hold the probe that comes with it. It prints fine with no supports in whatever material you choose. The Fusion 360 source file is included.
