A HOLDER for SHOPPING CART CHIPS designed for an axial inserting of the CHIP into the HOLDER.Very well known are such designs with a radial inserting of the CHIP into the HOLDER.Here is the link to models of mine:Plastic Holder For Shopping Cart's ChipHolders For Shopping Cart ChipsIf my design proposal is producible by the process of" Injection Moulding" I really don't know exactly, but I hope it is manufacturable by using 3D printing.The two components - CHIP and HOLDER - have to be print in two seperate steps.Recommended plastic materials could be »ABS«, »PC« or »POM«.I would prefer »POM« because of a better flexural-E-modulus of elasticity.Alternative a CNC-machining of the CHIP is entirely feasible, using metallic materials, like brass or aluminium.My model is available in following data formats:Print files (.print) for assembly and components.STEP-file (.stp) and STL-file (.stl) of each component.STEP-file (.stp) of the assembly.Native files (.prt) and (.asm), in a (.7z)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«.
