Holder for SD-Card Extender mounting on 4040-Extrusion

I regularly update the Marlin firmware on my Ender 3 Pro and got fed up with fiddling in and out the SD card from the enclore on its backside. Thus I designed a simple holder for an [SD-card extender](https://amzn.to/38tJgvf) which mounts to one of the 4040 extrusions. In my case I mounted it under the Y-extrusion where I can easily access the SD card and it is secretly invisible. But you can mount it of course where ever it it suits you best. Just make sure that the extender cable is long enough. Print it in an upright position and use a brim or raft.
