I needed a holder for my thermometers which I could secure with screws. There are two versions for the holder. One has nipples on the backside to better grip into the mounting surface. The other one is missing this nipples. The thermometer clips in the holder to the slightly recessed hole on the back where the original adhesive pad is supposed to be. It can therefore be slid in and out again easily. Design file for Fusion360 is attached so that you could modify it for your needs.
