Holder for Intel Realsense D415 depth sensor
myminifactory
This project creates a simple 3D printed holder for an Intel Realsense D415 depth sensor. The holder can be attached to a flat surface using 3M double-sided sticky pads or glue, and then the depth sensor is simply inserted into it. I tested this with my own D415, and it fit perfectly - not too tight, nor so loose that it could easily slide back out in use. This design was originally intended for attaching to a smartphone case for quick point cloud creation, as shown in one of the photos. The D415 and D435 sensors are quite similar, so this design may also work with a D435. However, if you need to make any adjustments to suit your specific needs, I've included the OpenSCAD file here.
With this file you will be able to print Holder for Intel Realsense D415 depth sensor with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Holder for Intel Realsense D415 depth sensor.
