I've been looking for a reliable hand scanner holder that can withstand the demands of a production environment without falling off the table. The OEM holders I've tried are too tight fitting and require a lot of effort to insert the scanner, which slows down my workflow significantly. To make things easier, I designed an alternative non-skeletonized version that allows for smoother insertion and removal of the scanner. This model also features a small archway cutout that enables quick cleaning and debris exit from the holder, reducing downtime and maintenance issues. In most cases, this design should be self-supporting, but if you're working in a particularly hot environment, adding a cooling fan might help prevent overheating issues. Your tips are always welcome!
