Holder for 1/4" Hex Bits
grabcad
I designed this compact holder for my standard set of FRC bits (10 SAE, 6 metric, 2 flat, 2 phillips). I tried multiple ways of arranging them, but my preference was having them in a single row for ease of access and flat to fit in a pocket.I tried printing this out of PLA, but it was too brittle. The best result was using the Onyx filament (Nylon with carbon fiber) in our Markforged printer. No support necessary, print flat on the bed. 20 bit capacity. Use the .stl file to print this exactly, or the .step file to make modifications (different number of bits, add some words or markings to the underside, etc.).Original model: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/04404b37ffcecd892fba0c9f/w/38b081f2f9075e98337e404d/e/d6f65c1c8107c9e23cb74cfd?renderMode=0&uiState=65ea495da2340827592882d8
