This is a convenient tool to make PCB etching in a rocker tank easier - especially for double-sided PCBs. The tool consists of four parts: a clamp and three adjustable stand-offs. Place two stand-offs on the shorter arm of the clamp and adjust them to the width of the PCB. Put the third stand-off on the longer arm of the clamp and slightly adjust it to the length of the PCB. Place the PCB between the chamfered edges of the stand-offs and adjust the third one so the PCB sits firmly in place. Next, put the tool into your etching tank and conveniently monitor the etching process. The pictures also show the minimum and maximum movement of the stands: the design allows for PCBs up to 100mm wide and a minimum size of about 10mm by 40mm.
