I thought it was a worm, actually this is a silkworm wheelchair joystick. It's designed for patients who struggle with the standard pinch grasp pattern needed to operate the usual joystick. This device also helps those with poor wrist stability that prevents them from keeping their hands in place while controlling the joystick. We're part of the Korea Worker’s Compensation & Welfare Service/Incheon 'handteam'. We're working on a 'Hanson project', a team consisting of rehabilitation doctors and occupational therapists. Our goal is to provide effective rehabilitation services through constant experimentation with new techniques. We focus on various conditions such as: - CVA - SCI - TBI - Burn - Amputation - Musculoskeletal disorders Follow us on Instagram at makerehab
