Hodor Door Stop (Game of Thrones inspired)
thingiverse
I came up with this one a while back and have been asked to share it on Thingiverse, so here it is. It's far from perfect but I think it gets the idea across just fine. I'm not sure who designed the original files I modified, but thanks go out for uploading them beforehand. If you provided the files and would like me to add your link and name, please get in touch with me. The various files involved were the Hodor head, a second head, a pair of hands, the body, a small gaming door, and the axe. I put together the wedge using Tinkercad. The files went through several iterations before finally making it to this point. The parts included are: The body with no arms - I found that the hands print out better on the door. The door with arms attached - the lower rear section of the door has a flat spot that corresponds with the wedge. The axe which fits in a small notch at the top of the door above Hodor's right shoulder. And lastly the wedge with Hodor's name and "Hold the Door" on the side. The parts were printed on a Prusa i3 MK2 with a 0.06 layer height and 50% or higher infill. The original print was in Colorfabb Copperfill PLA. I have no affiliation with any companies involved, and this was a fan request. I also drew inspiration from the final design by other Hodor Door stops - this is my variation from both the show and other designers. If parts of this project are too similar in design to an original object, I take no further responsibility after posting this file; it's free to use and modify as you like.
