This crazy looking fella is the Hodag! Hailing from the lovely state of Wisconsin!  The Hodag is a fearsome creature with the head of a frog, the grinning face of a giant elephant, thick short legs set off by huge claws, the back of a dinosaur, and a long tail with spears at the end. It is said to be so ugly that it makes people weep, and its breath can kill a person. The hodag is a popular symbol in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, and it is often used in marketing and tourism materials.
