This Item is loose fit. It is meant to be taped over in both directions at least once and have a full width knob taped over the ends of the first 2 pieces of tape at least twice. Step 1: Insert plug Step 2: Tape the plug in tightly once (minimum) over long ways with half width tape, then once over short ways with full width tape. Step 3: Tape full knob tightly around the cut edges of the previous step at least twice. Step 4: Tape your knob full or half wide.
