Hobo fishing rod

This is the latest (third) make of my Hobo reel fishing rod. I've made a few important changes to it based on feedback and from using it myself last summer. I hope you like this version. What is a Hobo reel?Hand reels (also known as Hobo reels) are simple but very compact alternatives to normal fishing rods. You won't be able to cast as far or feel/snag the fish as easily as with a normal rod, but they are lightweight and take very little space in your backpack, and come with compartments inside to store lures and floats. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXEcZZvLB8QA nice little example I found on YouTube (and no, its not me)What's new in this version?Slightly larger: The model has grown a centimeter or so, not much, but it helps for those with larger hands.Redesigned top part and cap: Maybe the most important change is the new cap, which enables you to keep the lure (and floater) on the line, put them in the top compartment, and close it all off for quick and easy fishing :-) Also, it now closes the top completely for more safety. Inside divider: I've divided the inside into two compartments. This way you can keep the bottom one closed, not having items slide out of the top hole instead - as was the case and a major oversight on my previous make.Slightly improved Container lid: Added grips on both sides to make it easier to take the lid off. Also, I've kept the small holes in the lid if you want to use it for (a small amount of) live bait.Equal-sized container: You can have a container together with the floater in the top compartment (if you remove the lure and store it inside the container), and one container in the bottom one. How and what to print (3 print rounds, different colors for each round) The main body Build plate adhesion/brim is not required, but recommended since it has to be printed with the 'thin' bottom side down. The top and bottom cap and 2x container and lids No supports are needed, but ensure they are placed with the top/flat/lid down. The floater and plug Needs build plate adhesion/brim since they have to be standing upright. Also, remember to use a minimum amount of fill (2-5%) for maximum buoyancy.Support my hobby :-) If you like what I do I would appreciate a like (or even a coffee), but even more so a picture of your printed model and how you used it.
