**VERSION 2 IS NOW AVAILABLE - PLEASE SEE OTHER LISTING** 1.5" Ball Mount System for Hobie H-Rail Available Now. The H-Rail Mount fits standard Hobie H-Rail and uses a 1.5" ball style mount. Three pieces of stainless steel metric hardware are used, along with three corresponding nuts: - One M8 x 55mm stainless steel socket head bolt with one M8 stainless steel lock-nut (for the ball) - One M6 x 30mm stainless steel socket head bolt with one M6 stainless steel lock-nut (for mount tightening) - One M4 x 50mm stainless steel socket head bolt with one M4 stainless steel lock-nut (for hinge) The "mount side" piece has a hard support with a 0.1mm gap to support the filleted edge. Additional supports can be found in the provided pictures. Printed in PLA with four perimeters and an infill of seventy percent grid pattern at a resolution of 0.2mm (resolution choice is optional). When using PLA, the ball will need to be rubberized. You can paint it with your preferred rubberized paint or use heat shrink like I do. Be cautious when applying heat to the ball as it may become soft. Flash heating with a heat gun works best.
