This is a 3/4" x 1.25" replacement screw for the stock tensioner screw which is prone to breakage. I think the original is nylon but I printed in PETG and had good results when scaling X and Y by 95%, 100% was a bit tight and I had to file it down a bit but if your printer has better absolute sizing than mine then 100% will probably work fine. It's made in Fusion 360, 3/4" ANSI 10 TPI Class 1A.
