Rear rack on the HobbyKing Desert Fox gets a major upgrade. Two versions are available, one with a sleek wing mount that may sacrifice durability for style, and another with a sturdier, bulkier wing mount that's built to last. To assemble the rack, start by printing it along with the tire post. Secure the post to the rack using an 8mm M3 screw - note that the posts on either side are not interchangeable. Next, attach the top screw that holds the tire in place; this requires an M4 screw, the same size as those originally fitted to the model. Once the rack is secure, screw it into position around the back of the chassis using the six stock mounting holes. Finally, mount the tire on top of the rack. A crucial tip: printing the model at 0.2mm resolution and keeping only the upper half ensures a flat layer for the first print, resulting in a superior finish.
