I designed a custom hobby knife handle to securely hold an X-acto knife blade in place (11). This design requires an M2 6mm screw and a corresponding M2 nut for optimal performance. The idea behind this project was born out of frustration with metal X-acto handles that consistently get stuck, rendering the blades unusable and forcing me to seek alternative solutions.
