Replacement Pad for Small Clamp We constantly find ourselves replacing one pressure pad on our trigger clamps. That's why we created this printable replacement pad for a small clamp. The pad is approximately 15mm X 21mm and can be printed without support, resulting in a perfect fit for your clamp. We've also made it easy to print and install by creating the file with a straightforward printing process. We printed our pad on a Thing-O-matic printer and carefully lifted it from the heated bed after completion. Installation was smooth and hassle-free, as we didn't need to trim or adjust the pad in any way. For added durability, we applied a light brushing of acetone to strengthen the fibers of the pad. Instructions Simply download the *.stl file, print it according to your settings, and install the replacement pad on your small clamp. The SketchUp file includes two versions of the pad - one is slightly smaller than the other. Feel free to choose or scale either option to suit your needs.
