The Keros-Syros culture's remarkable metalwork advancements are evident in the robust tools that have been discovered. Copper likely originated from Kythnos, a vital source of ore during the Early Bronze Age, but these objects are no longer referred to as the 'Kythnos Hoard'. The entire hoard may have been either hidden for retrieval or possibly dedicated in a shrine or sanctuary. Large flat axes within this group were likely used for felling trees and stripping branches, while heavy-duty shaft-hole axes were employed for splitting tree-trunks into planks, and chisels were utilized for finer woodwork. This object is part of "Scan The World", a non-profit initiative introduced by MyMiniFactory. Scan the World creates a digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks, and landmarks from around the globe for public access at no cost. It's an open-source, community-driven effort.
