Ho washing station (DLP or SLA printing)

We're assembling a cleaning station for locomotives and passenger cars thanks in part to Castorama's paint sample. Now that we have our roller back, we're ready to start building our car wash! To print the parts, we'll be using both technologies - filament and DLP. The base and transparent protection will be printed with TRANSPARENT filament as it's faster to manufacture, then painted or left unpainted. The rest of the parts will be printed with DLP. This technology allows for complete part manufacturing without assembly or gluing, making it ideal for complex components like the roller holder. Without supports in all directions, printing the holder with filament would be extremely difficult. On the other hand, resin gives less bending than filament, so we need to pay close attention to assembling the roller.
