trucks Athernn ATH40074 motor Athearnn ATH84086 drive shaft Athernn 1.20 in SD70Ace powered or non powered train engine. coupler standard Kadee's or Bachmann EZmate mark III. the bachmann couplers are a lot better than they was 5 or 10 years ago but still have a high failure rate. Kadee couplers are nice till you lose a side spring then you nead a 8 year old with eagle eyes and steady hand to replace them so while they are more reliable they are a little harder to maintain. I have ben trying to use parts that are readily available Athearnn was the last ones you could count on being able to purchase but lately every Athearnn part every place is unavailable. WHY because they are coming from "CHINA" to the USA distributors and they just don't have the common sense to order enough for the people that nead them. I have ordered the Chinese tipple trucks from china to start using them you cant buy 2 axle trucks from china and the motors these have different connectors on the fly wheels for the drive shaft and I have yet to find anyplace to get the drive shafts. I have enough to put together 2 more engines then it is Chinese parts or nothing. Dam I hate having to buy from china it takes 3 f-ing months to get things from China to hear in the USA.
